Shipping Policy

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Domestic Orders
(Singapore)

All domestic packages are dispatched via courier delivery at a flat rate of S$5 per package for orders below S$75.

​

Delivery is free on all orders above S$75.

​

It would take generally 3-7 working days upon order confirmation to reach your premise.

​

Do note that parcels might exceed the expected timeframe for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, delays on the courier's part etc.

​

International Orders
(Rest of the World)

​

All international packages are dispatched via registered courier delivery at a flat rate of S$50 per package weight of up to 1kg.

​

It would take generally 10-15 working days upon order confirmation to reach your premise.

​

Do note that parcels might exceed the expected timeframe for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, delays on the courier's part etc.

*Estimation of delivery timings does not include peak periods and customs delays. Orders will ship out within 3 working days. We are not responsible for unattended delivery packages or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery. For more information, please check with your local carrier for custom and tax fees, if applicable.

IMPORT DUTY

If you order Products from our site for delivery outside of Singapore, they may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

All orders ship within 1-3 business days of the order date. It would take generally 3-7 working days upon order confirmation to reach your premise.

*Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore her sunday moon is not guaranteeing delivery dates.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT'S BEEN PLACED?

We process orders quickly and we will do our best to accommodate any changes. However, please be aware that once we have started to process your order, we are unable to process order cancellations. If you have recently placed an order and would like to cancel, please contact hello@hersundaymoon.com as soon as possible and they will advise on whether or not order cancellation is possible. Depending on the stage of order processing your order is at, your refund may have a processing fee incurred, which our customer service team will communicate with you prior to proceeding with the order cancellation.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS OR DIDN'T CLAIM MY PARCEL?

Please be aware that, once we have started to process your order, we are unable to make any amendments to the shipping address. Changes made to your contact / shipping details in your user account will only be applied to your next order, and will not be reflected in any existing orders you have. If you become aware of a mistake in the shipping address of an order you have placed, please contact hello@hersundaymoon.com as soon as possible and they will try to help reroute your order. If your order is unable to be rerouted / wrongly delivered as a result of an incorrect shipping address, we are unable to refund the order amount or replace the wrongly delivered items.

Parcels returned to her sunday moon for wrong addresses and unclaimed or refused parcels will be subject to a charge of the return courier cost as well as a re-sending fee.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?

We will not be liable for any non-delivery or for goods lost or damaged in transit as long as we are able to show proof of posting to the delivery address provided by you. However, please contact us and we will try to sort it out for you!
