Refund Policy

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We package our products safely and securely to avoid damages. All sales are considered final. We do not offer exchanges or returns unless in the event of defective products or incorrect products received. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately.

Products damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refunds. Refunds and delivery costs incurred will be credited back to your original method of payment. 

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging with safety seal intact. Your defective/incorrect product(s) may only be exchanged for the same product(s) you ordered. All shipped return packages should include tracking. Returns will be processed within 3-5 working days days of being received.

All orders checked out on www.hersundaymoon.com are considered final and currently we do not accommodate any forms of return or exchanges unless it is a fault on our part. Products returned by you because of a defect will either be replaced or refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

All exchange and returns (if approved) must be done within 7 working days. It must be securely return in original packaging with boxes and/or pouches included.

We are not responsible for unattended delivery packages or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

We have the right to deny returns if the product does not meet our return requirements.
